  • 100% cocoa60 g
  • roasted peanuts1 cup
  1. Put half a cup of sugar in a pan and let it melt until it becomes caramel.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and mix.
  3. Pour 1 can of condensed milk little by little and mix until creamy.
  4. Lastly, add a third of a cup of 100% cocoa and 1 cup of roasted peanuts and stir until they come off the bottom of the pan.
  5. Turn off the heat and stir for another 1 minute.
  6. Transfer to a container, cover with plastic film in contact with the candy and let it cool.
  7. Roll up, roll in powdered sugar and serve.
  8. Use plastic film in contact with the candy: While the candy cools down, it's important to put a plastic film in contact so as not to create a skin.
