- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Granules to taste
- In a pan, place all the ingredients and mix well until the chocolate powder dissolves, then take it to medium fire to low and stir non-stop until you reach the Moses point. Remove from the pan, place on a platter, cover with cling film and let cool to room temperature. Then take the fridge to freeze a little or it doesn't depend on your preference, roll it in the sprinkles and put it in molds to serve at parties or on top of cakes to decorate. Note* the amount depends on the tango and weight of each brigadeiro unit
