- In a saucepan over medium heat, place all the ingredients except the cream.
- Stir well, don't stop stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When it starts to bubble, lower the heat and leave it for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat, as it will be at the point of curling when it completely detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Then add the cream and mix well.
- Set aside, let cool to roll.
- When rolling, grease your hand with butter and pass the sprinkles.
