- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Water50 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Candy granules500 g
- In a pan with the fire turned off, add the cream, condensed milk and margarine.
- Mix well.
- Then put it on medium heat and activate the chocolate powder.
- Stir well until it becomes brigadeiro point (unsticking from the pan)
- Take care that your brigadeiro does not burn, stir constantly as it will be on medium heat.
- As soon as the fire is off, transfer the brigadeiro to a plate and cover with cling film so that your candy is protected in the fridge. Leave it in the fridge until it cools and is firm.
- Remove from the fridge and make balls, use the sprinkles to decorate your brigadeiro.
