  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Water50 ml
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Candy granules500 g
  1. In a pan with the fire turned off, add the cream, condensed milk and margarine.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Then put it on medium heat and activate the chocolate powder.
  4. Stir well until it becomes brigadeiro point (unsticking from the pan)
  5. Take care that your brigadeiro does not burn, stir constantly as it will be on medium heat.
  6. As soon as the fire is off, transfer the brigadeiro to a plate and cover with cling film so that your candy is protected in the fridge. Leave it in the fridge until it cools and is firm.
  7. Remove from the fridge and make balls, use the sprinkles to decorate your brigadeiro.
