- 17% fat cream200 ml
- Mix the condensed milk with the chocolate powder until dissolved.
- Whisk in the cream and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until it comes off the bottom of the pan. Place in a container covered with plastic wrap.
- Let it cool and put it on the cake icing.
