  • condensed milk can1 unit(s)
  • Can of Heavy cream1 unit(s)
  • chopped white chocolate150 g
  • unsalted butter75 g
  • corn200 g
  • Shredded Coconut and cinnamon to sprinkle the sweets to taste
  • Yellow crystal sugar for sprinkling the sweets to taste
  1. In a blender add the corn and Heavy cream and beat until smooth.
  2. Transfer the sifted corn to a pan and add the condensed milk, chopped white chocolate and butter. Bring to medium heat.
  3. Take to the low fire, always stirring, until you degrade from the bottom of the pan (about 10 minutes) or until large bubbles form.
  4. Add the brigadeiro to a container, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
  5. Roll up the sweeties and pass through crystal sugar or cinnamon with coconut. Serve in paper cups.
