Em batedeira, bata as claras em ponto de neve, em seguida acrescente as gemas (uma por vez).

In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the egg yolks (one at a time).

Adicione o açúcar refinado aos pouquinhos. Pare de bater. Utilizando um batedor de arame (fouet) misture o amido de milho delicadamente.

Add refined sugar little by little. Stop hitting. Using a wire whisk (fouet) mix the cornstarch delicately.

Coloque em forma untada e polvilhada. Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido a 180° por 40 minutos.

Place in greased and sprinkled form. Take to bake in preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
