Large eggs3 unit(s)
Soybean oil or coconut oil1/2 cup
Brown Sugar1 cup
Wheat Flour2 cup
Small banana2 unit(s)
Diced apple1 unit(s)
Baking Powder1 teaspoon
Baking soda1 teaspoon
Chopped walnuts1 cup
Raisins1 cup
Nuts to decorate the bread to taste
Cinnamon Powder to taste

In a blender, beat the bananas, diced apple, oil, eggs and brown sugar until smooth.
In a bowl add the flour, baking powder and baking soda
Add the beaten mixture and mix well until smooth.
Dip the raisins in the flour so they don't sink into the bread.
Add the floured raisins to the dough and the chopped walnuts and mix well.
Unite a form of English cake with little butter and flour
Put the dough in the mold and decorate with nuts to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
Serve with butter and sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste 🤤😋🎄
