- French bread to taste
- Hot milk1 l
- Sugar1 cup
- Cloves and Cinnamon to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Put half the sugar to melt... when it's golden add a little water to form a syrup
- Chop the bread in a bowl, pour in the hot milk and mix. Add the eggs, the rest of the sugar, the cloves and the cinnamon and mix well.
- Put the syrup in a hole shape in the middle. Then pour the dough. Bake in preheated oven until cooked. Do the toothpick test. It came out clean it's ready!
