- Nest Milk4 tablespoon
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate90 g
- Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Strawberry300 g
- To make the cream: add the condensed milk and the nest milk in a pan and mix well with the fire off.
- Add the cream and butter and cook over medium heat until thickened. This cream doesn't get too thick when it's hot.
- Cover with plastic in direct contact with the cream and let it cool to assemble the dessert.
- Spread a layer of the cream on the bottom of a serving dish.
- Place the halved strawberries across the side of the platter.
- Make a layer distributing the other strawberries on the platter.
- Put the rest of the cream on the platter to cover the strawberries.
- Melt the chocolate and mix with half a box of cream until smooth.
- Spread over the cream. Decorate with nest milk and chocolate shavings and refrigerate until firm.
