- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Beat the egg whites and set aside.
- Combine the sugar, flour, beer and egg yolks in a bowl. Beat well with a whisk or mixer.
- Add the egg whites and mix with a spatula.
- Add the yeast and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
- Place in a preheated oven at 250°C for 40 minutes.
- Serve for afternoon coffee.
