Xylitol1 cup
Whole milk350 g
Almond flour250 g
Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
Coconut Flour100 g
Blueberries100 g
Salt3 g
Yeast1 tablespoon

Prepare cupcake molds.
In a bowl add the eggs, the melted butter, the milk and the xylitol, and mix until homogenized. Then add the dry ingredients, mix again until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Finally add the blueberries and mix gently.
Place in the previously prepared molds and then in the oven at 180 degrees until golden.
