- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Cream Cheese200 g
- Gelatin in sheets2 unit(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- Blueberry Jam3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1/4 cup
- Beat the Maria biscuits in the crusher, then mix with the butter and a pinch of salt.
- Mix and place in the form with a removable base, preferably.
- For the white part of the Cheesecake, place the dissolved gelatine, condensed milk and water in the Cream Cheese blender. Beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Place the mixture on top of the molded Maria cookie in the mold.
- Place in the fridge until firm
- Put the jam on top and you're done.
