Wheat flour2 cup
Sugar1/2 cup
Natural yogurt1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Yeast2 teaspoon
Eggs2 unit(s)
Blueberry1 cup
Sicilian lemon (juice and zest)1 unit(s)
Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
White chocolate chips1/3 cup

In a stand mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes.
Add yogurt, vanilla and oil, beat until blended.
Sift the flour and yeast into a separate bowl and mix
Add the flour mixture to the mixer mixture. Add in portions and beat manually with a fouet.
Add lemon zest and juice, mix.
Add the blueberry and white chocolate, mix everything together and place in the muffin cups.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden.
