- Blue Ice ice cream mix2 tablespoon
- Blue sugar or crystal sugar100 g
- In a pan add the condensed milk, the cream and the Blue Ice flavor mixture
- Take it to cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it reaches the point of curling (when it detaches from the bottom of the pan)
- Then put the dough on a plate to cool.
- Finally, portion, roll and roll in blue sugar
- Brigadeiro with a taste of childhood (reminds me of tongue-painting ice cream)
