No liquidificador bata todos os ingredientes menos o formento.começando pelos líquidos e depois os secos por último o formento e misture com uma colher.

In the blender, beat all the ingredients except the forment. starting with the liquids and then the dry ones, finally the forment and mix with a spoon.

Coloque em uma forma untada e leve ão forno pré aquecido à 180c por 40 minutos ou até que esteja dourado 

Put it in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180c for 40 minutes or until it's golden.
