  • Colorless gelatin powder12 g

  1. Dissolve the colorless gelatin. Look at the packaging, but generally for a 12g sachet, we put it in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of water, mix, and leave it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Combine all the ingredients, except the snow whites, in a blender and blend for five minutes.
  3. put the mixture in a large bowl, and on top put the snow whites. Slowly incorporate the snow whites, from the outside to the inside trying to preserve the air of the snowy Clara.
  4. Place small molds for individual portions, or in the large refractory to share with everyone with a spoon! Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
