  • Warm water250 ml
  • Butter120 g
  • Dry yeast10 g
  • Sugar120 g
  • Essence of Panettone1 tablespoon

  3. Add the chocolate chips, then cover and let the dough rest for 40 minutes.
  4. After 40 minutes, add the dough to the panettone molds (this recipe makes 2 large) and let it rest for another 40 minutes.
  5. After 40 minutes, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, or until they are golden and golden. Finish with melted chocolate sauce.
