- Shredded Coconut50 g

- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Whole milk200 ml
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Put in the blender: the eggs, milk, coconut milk, margarine and sugar and beat very well for about 2 minutes. Add the grated coconut, grated cheese and wheat flour, beating a little more, to incorporate the ingredients. Add the yeast and gently mix with a spatula. Transfer to a greased central hole shape (23cm x 9cm). Light to bake in a medium oven at 200°C, preheated, for until golden (30 minutes, on average).
- Let it cool, unmold and serve the delicious queijadinha cake.
