Bananas (whatever is spoiling in the fruit bowl)5 unit(s)
Whole eggs3 unit(s)
Oil1 cup
Cinnamon powder (to taste)1 dessert spoon
Breadcrumbs2 cup
Sugar (add less if you like)2 cup
Yeast1 tablespoon

Blend in blender; banana, eggs, oil and cinnamon powder
In a bowl place all the ingredients. Add all the reserved blender mixture as well.
Mix everything (no need to be in the mixer). Go by hand and the dough is ready.
Place the dough in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (already mixed). After you put the dough in the greased shape, sprinkle over the still raw dough, cinnamon with sugar (already mixed) to taste.
Place in the preheated oven and after about 30 minutes. Keep an eye out as it will be ready soon. This cake is a hit!
