Wheat flour2 cup
Sugar2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
Pink salt1 coffee spoon
Eggs3 unit(s)
Big apples3 unit(s)
Vegetable oil1 cup

Beat the eggs, oil, sugar, flour and salt in a blender. Apples should be added little by little.
When the dough is homogeneous, add the cinnamon to give color and beat together with the yeast on low speed.
Pour the dough in a greased form of margarine and wheat flour and decorate with slices of apple. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
