Wheat flour2 cup
Sugar2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
Salt1 g
Eggs3 l
Big apples3 to taste
Oil1 cup

Grease and sprinkle with flour a medium tray (23×35), or a form with a hole in the middle.
In a large bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Add the other dry ingredients. Reserve.
Peel the apples, reserving Chop into cubes.
Beat the eggs and the oil in a blender.
Add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix gently.
Add the chopped apples, mix and pour into the baking dish.
Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes in a medium oven.
