Wash the blackberries well and mash them with a fork, then add them to a pan together with the sugar, the juice of half a lemon and the girl's finger pepper (without the seeds and minced)
On medium heat, mix well and leave it there, covered, stirring occasionally.
When you stir and the bottom of the pan starts to appear, turn it off so you don't run out of broth.( + or - 20 minutes)
Let it cool down in a glass jar or your preference and then take it to the fridge.
Let it rest for 12 hours to better taste it.
Serve as you like, breads, toast, cookies, tapioca dice, etc.
