  • chocolate powder;3 tablespoon
  • wheat flour;1/3 cup
  • milk1/2 cup
  • baking powder;1 teaspoon
  • Margarine for greasing.. l
  • 📌Filling:. l
  • packet of unflavored powdered gelatin;1 unit(s)
  • water;3 tablespoon
  • sour cream (300g);1 can(s)
  • cherry in chopped syrup;1/2 cup
  • Chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling.. to taste
  1. Beat the eggs and sugar in a blender for 3 minutes or until foamy;
  2. Add the sifted chocolate and flour, milk and continue beating to mix; Disconnect;
  3. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon;
  4. Grease a medium rectangular pan with margarine and place a sheet of parchment paper;
  5. Grease the paper and pour the dough, smoothing with a spoon;
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Reserve; For the filling, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it hydrate for 5 minutes;
  8. Take to low fire to dissolve, without letting it boil and turn off;
  9. Pour into a blender and beat with the cream and cherry syrup.
  10. Disconnect; Add the chopped cherry and mix with a spoon;
  11. Unmold the cooled dough onto a clean, slightly damp dish towel and remove the paper;
  12. Spread the stuffing and roll up with the help of the cloth;
  13. Wrap in cloth leaving firm and take it to the fridge for 6 hours;
  14. Unwrap, transfer to a platter, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and serve in slices;
  15. If desired, garnish with cherries in syrup.
