- Cherry Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Egg whites2 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Flaked almonds to taste
- Milk1/2 cup
- Powdered milk1 cup
- Chopped cherries to taste
- Prepare a cream taking 1 box of condensed milk, 1 box of cream and the gelatine dissolved in 250ml of boiling water in a blender. Beat well and book.
- Prepare a cream by mixing powdered milk, half a box of cream and milk. Use just enough to give the mixture a creamy consistency. You don't need to put it on fire.
- Separate 6 small bowls or glass and place a layer of chopped chocotone and cherries.
- Spread the white cream of milk on top.
- Throw the cherry cream over the white cream and take it to the freezer to give consistency.
- Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and half a box of cream and mix gently. Throw over the candy and take it to freeze.
- Tip: can be made on a platter. Use cherries and sliced almonds to decorate!!!
