  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Cherry Gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Egg whites2 unit(s)
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Flaked almonds to taste
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Powdered milk1 cup
  • Chopped cherries to taste
  1. Prepare a cream taking 1 box of condensed milk, 1 box of cream and the gelatine dissolved in 250ml of boiling water in a blender. Beat well and book.
  2. Prepare a cream by mixing powdered milk, half a box of cream and milk. Use just enough to give the mixture a creamy consistency. You don't need to put it on fire.
  3. Separate 6 small bowls or glass and place a layer of chopped chocotone and cherries.
  4. Spread the white cream of milk on top.
  5. Throw the cherry cream over the white cream and take it to the freezer to give consistency.
  6. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  7. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and half a box of cream and mix gently. Throw over the candy and take it to freeze.
  8. Tip: can be made on a platter. Use cherries and sliced almonds to decorate!!!
