  • Chocolate300 g
  • Sour cream3 unit(s)
  • Cherry in syrup1 cup
  • Cherry fruit in natura1 cup
  1. Melt the chocolate together with the cream for 1 minute in the microwave mix well until it turns into a light ganache cream to freeze
  2. In a bowl, start assembling the layers, place a layer of crumbled cake and wet it with the cherry syrup
  3. Put the ganache cream and chop cherry pieces in syrup! Keep going like this until you complete the cup.
  4. Finish with whipped cream and decorate with fruit cherries.
