  • Cold canned cream without whey (Nestle)1 cup
  • Cold canned cream without whey (Nestle)1/2 cup
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Sugar2/3 cup
  • Chocolate powder (from the priests)1 cup
  • Dark diamond chocolate bar180 g
  1. In a blender, beat the whey-free cream (should be cold), the milk, the sugar and the powdered chocolate for about 4 minutes until smooth and creamy (bubbles form).
  2. Put it in a glass pot and add pieces of dark diamond chocolate and mix well
  3. Finish with more pieces of black diamond on top, close with the lid and take to the freezer for at least 6 hours until firm.
  4. Tip: remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving
