- Beat the egg whites and set aside
- In a container mix the flour, sugar, egg yolks and dark beer. Beat everything until the dough is homogeneous
- Add the yeast and egg whites and mix well
- Pour into a greased pan and place in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes - 180º
- topping to taste
