  • grated coconut200 g

  1. Bring the condensed milk, the milk, the yolks and the already dissolved starch to the fire (it can be in a little water).
  2. Stir until it thickens, the secret is not to let it get too thick, because the cookies don't need to be wet.
  3. When it's kind of thick, put the grated coconut and leave it for another 5 minutes, turn it off.
  4. In a refractory, place a layer of stuffing, another of biscuit and when the layers complete the refractory.
  5. Place in the fridge until chilled.
