Biscuit de Nata with Guava

Coloque em um recipiente os ovos, a nata, o açúcar, a farinha e o fermento. Misture tudo muito bem.

Place the eggs, cream, sugar, flour and yeast in a bowl. Mix everything very well.

Vai adicionando a maisena até dá o ponto de enrolar. Pode ser que gaste além das 3 xícaras. 

Add the cornstarch until it starts to roll. You may spend more than 3 cups.

Modele os biscoitos  formando uma bolinha e coloque na assadeira, afunde  os cubinhos de goiabada no meio da massa. Leve para assar no forno pré aquecido por uns 15 minutos ou até dourar a borda. 

Shape the cookies into a ball and place on the baking sheet, sink the guava cubes in the middle of the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden around the edges.
