  • Bis Xtra Oreo (for foundation)300 g
  • Margarine or butter (for base)60 g
  • Cream cheese (for cream)450 g
  • Margarine or butter (for cream)100 g
  • Refined sugar (for cream)260 g
  • White chocolate or your choice (for ganache)170 g
  • Sour cream100 ml
  1. Grind the bis, then add the melted butter and margarine. Mix well until everything is smooth. Then just pry the base of the roasting pan. Remembering it has to be removable background. And put it in the freezer.
  2. Now let's start the cream: add the sugar and the butter, mix well until it becomes an ointment. Add the cream cheese and beat until smooth (it can be in a mixer or with a whisk) Remove the base from the freezer and add the cream on top. Return to the freezer for 40 minutes.
  3. Let's go to the ganache: in a bowl add the chocolate and the cream and take it to the microwave for 1 minutes (if you find it necessary, add another 30 seconds) mix well until it's very homogeneous. Reserve and let cool. Because you can't add it hot on top of the cream.
  4. After the ganache has cooled, remove from the freezer and add the ganache on top of the cream. Take it to the fridge, after 15 minutes it's ready to unmold. Then place in the fridge for approximately 3 hours. Then it's ready to serve. If you have any questions, I'll also leave the step by step video.
