In a pressure cooker place the can of condensed milk and cover with water.
Close the pot and place over high heat until pressure is reached.
Once it gets pressure, lower the heat and let it cook for 30 min.
Wait for the pressure to release naturally, open the pot and remove the can.
Only open the can of condensed milk after it has cooled down.
In a pan, mix the condensed milk, the cream and the chopped chocolate Bis.
Pour and spread the mixture evenly in a 20cm diameter shape with a removable bottom and take it to the freezer until it hardens.
serve cold
