Separar a gema da clara e reservar as claras. Em uma panela junte o leite, leite condensado, as gemas e o amido de milho. Leve ao fogo até engrossar e quando o creme já estiver consistente cozinhe por mais uns 5 minutos, mexendo sempre.

Separate the yolk from the white and reserve the whites. In a pan add the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and cornstarch. Take to the fire until it thickens and when the cream is already consistent, cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Retire do fogo e acrescente o creme de leite. Espere esfriar e enquanto isso bata as claras com a açúcar na batedeira até o ponto de neve. Quando o creme estiver frio, misture com clara em neve, coloque em uma forma de preferência de silicone e leve ao freezer para congelar.

Remove from heat and add the cream. Expect to cool down and meanwhile beat the whites with the sugar in the mixer until the point of snow. When the cream is cold, mix it with egg whites, place it in a preferably silicone mold and place it in the freezer to freeze.

Junte todos os ingredientes da calda em uma panela e leve ao fogo. Assim que levantar fervura, cozinhe até reduzir e ficar uma calda espessa. Esse processo é rápido. Não reduza demais para não ficar muito grossa. Deixe esfriar.

Combine all the ingredients for the syrup in a pan and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, cook until it reduces and becomes a thick syrup. This process is fast. Don't reduce too much so it doesn't get too thick. Let cool.

Desenforme o sorvete quando ele estiver completamente congelado e sirva com a calda!

Develop the ice cream when it is completely frozen and serve with the syrup!
