- Wheat flour (2 and a half cups)21/2 cup
- Sugar (1 and a half cup)11/2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder (syrup)1 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- In the mixer, place the eggs and sugar. Beat until you form a whitish and fluffy cream.
- Add the flour and water and beat a little more until you form a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Put the baking powder and mix with a spatula.
- Place part (a little more than half) of this dough in a greased baking dish sprinkled with wheat flour and set aside.
- Put the chocolate powder in the rest of the dough and mix well.
- Pour this chocolate mass over the reserved mass in the pan and lightly tap the pan.
- Take to bake in medium oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- For the syrup, mix all the ingredients in a pan, and lead to the low fire, always stirring until it thickens.
- Pour over the still warm cake and serve next!
