- Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar3 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Blend the carrots, eggs and oil very well in a blender.
- Mix the sugar, flour and beat some more.
- Finally, add the chemical yeast and beat lightly.
- Pour into a greased and floured form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes (depending on the oven).
- Wait to cool and if you want, cover with a layer of brigadeiro and it's ready!
