  • Milk500 ml
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  • Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon
  1. In a pan mix all the ingredients (except the cream) take it to the low fire stirring non-stop, until the corn starch is well cooked and the cream thickens, turn off the fire, add the cream and mix well.
  2. Let it cool, cover and take it to the fridge, Tip: add pieces of caramelized fruit ex: pineapple and it's ready to fill your cake.
