- Milk500 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon
- In a pan mix all the ingredients (except the cream) take it to the low fire stirring non-stop, until the corn starch is well cooked and the cream thickens, turn off the fire, add the cream and mix well.
- Let it cool, cover and take it to the fridge, Tip: add pieces of caramelized fruit ex: pineapple and it's ready to fill your cake.
