Sour cream100 g
Grated coconut with no added sugar100 g
Enough water to hydrate the coconut without soaking it2 tablespoon
Margarine or unsalted butter1 tablespoon

Hydrate the coconut with water without soaking, if necessary use more or less amount described in the recipe, it will depend on the brand of coconut you bought. Book for 10 min.
🫕Mix the rest of the ingredients, everything very well before taking it to the fire and add the coconut
