- Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
- Mint leaves5 unit(s)
- Flaxseed1 tablespoon
- Water250 ml
- Ice to taste
- Blend all the ingredients except the flaxseed in a blender. Then strain.
- Return the drink to the blender, add the flaxseed and blend some more. Drink then.
- Note: there is no need to strain, if you choose not to strain, beat all the ingredients at once.
