- Beetroot (large)4 unit(s)
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Milk2 cup
- Wash, peel and cut the beetroot into cubes
- Cook until it is very soft
- Remove the water and place the beetroot in the blender along with the milk and blend for 8 minutes or until it has no pieces.
- Pour into a pan and boil for 12 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the condensed milk and the cream and let it cook until it is very thick.
- Turn off and place on a baking sheet
- Allow to cool, cut and serve as desired.
