  • Beetroot (large)4 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Milk2 cup
  1. Wash, peel and cut the beetroot into cubes
  2. Cook until it is very soft
  3. Remove the water and place the beetroot in the blender along with the milk and blend for 8 minutes or until it has no pieces.
  4. Pour into a pan and boil for 12 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the condensed milk and the cream and let it cook until it is very thick.
  6. Turn off and place on a baking sheet
  7. Allow to cool, cut and serve as desired.
