  1. In a pan add the milk, butter and sugar, let it boil, when it boils add the flour and stir well for about 4 minutes, turn off the heat and knead this dough on a clean bench for 2 minutes, set aside.
  2. 📍For the filling: 200 grams of sugar free dulce de leche. Open a piece of dough in your hand and add the dulce de leche, close carefully and coat.
  3. I used 100 ml of milk and 100 grams of breadcrumbs (you can replace it with linseed) throw it in the milk and pass it in the flour, leave it in the air fryer or preheated oven for 35 minutes at maximum temperature.
  4. As soon as they bake, pass them in demerara sugar (or xylitol) and cinnamon!
