  • Dulce de leche400 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Topping: fresh cream300 ml
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Instant coffee to taste
  1. Preparation of the dough: start by crushing the cookies until they form a fine crumb and mix with the butter and cinnamon.
  2. Grease a refractory, put the dough
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
  4. Let cool to assemble the pie.
  5. Stuffing: In the mixer add the dulce de leche with 1 box of cream and beat until smooth.
  6. Cut the bananas into slices of about 1 cm
  7. Assembly: dough, dulce de leche, banana, whipped cream
  8. Powdered cinnamon and instant coffee to taste
  9. In the mixer, beat the chilled fresh milk cream, until it becomes whipped cream.
