- Cracker Maria or similar (Graham)200 g
- Butter (melted)60 g
- Dulce de leche600 g
- Bananas3 unit(s)
- Whipping Cream200 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- If you would like to make the Dulce de leche, you can put 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 30 min. Just remember to remove the label completely. Keep the ring to open it later. Let it cool overnight.
- Ready? Blender or in a food processor combine the cracker and the melted butter and sit them in a pie pan pressing evenly to cover the bottom and half walls. Bake it for 5 min (350F)
- In the meantime, slice the bananas and get the Dulce the leche ready! Whisk the mixture in the cans. Spread it in the cooled tart crust carefully with a smooth spatula to a even layer! Slice the bananas and cover the next layer!
- Pour heavy whipping cream and sugar into a bowl or stand mixer. Beat for about 1 minute or until stiff peaks form. Spread it evenly to cover bananas! You can garnish with chocolate shavings :)
