  • Cracker Maria or similar (Graham)200 g
  • Butter (melted)60 g
  • Dulce de leche600 g
  • Bananas3 unit(s)
  • Whipping Cream200 ml
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  1. If you would like to make the Dulce de leche, you can put 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 30 min. Just remember to remove the label completely. Keep the ring to open it later. Let it cool overnight.
  2. Ready? Blender or in a food processor combine the cracker and the melted butter and sit them in a pie pan pressing evenly to cover the bottom and half walls. Bake it for 5 min (350F)
  3. In the meantime, slice the bananas and get the Dulce the leche ready! Whisk the mixture in the cans. Spread it in the cooled tart crust carefully with a smooth spatula to a even layer! Slice the bananas and cover the next layer!
  4. Pour heavy whipping cream and sugar into a bowl or stand mixer. Beat for about 1 minute or until stiff peaks form. Spread it evenly to cover bananas! You can garnish with chocolate shavings :)
  5. Sooo delicious! Enjoy it!!
