- Maizena Biscuit (package)1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Banana10 unit(s)
- Whipped cream to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Cook the condensed milk in the pressure cooker for about 20 minutes and let it cool.
- Grind the biscuit in the blender until it is crumbly.
- Melt the butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie and mix it with the biscuit until it forms a dough.
- Strong a removable bottom or non-stick pan with the cookie dough and butter.
- Place in the oven on low for 10 minutes.
- Add the dulce de leche and over it the banana cut in the way you prefer covering all the dulce de leche.
- Put the whipped cream on top. You can use a piping bag if you want to decorate.
- Decorate with banana slices and sprinkled cinnamon.
