  • Maizena Biscuit (package)1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Banana10 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. Cook the condensed milk in the pressure cooker for about 20 minutes and let it cool.
  2. Grind the biscuit in the blender until it is crumbly.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie and mix it with the biscuit until it forms a dough.
  4. Strong a removable bottom or non-stick pan with the cookie dough and butter.
  5. Place in the oven on low for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the dulce de leche and over it the banana cut in the way you prefer covering all the dulce de leche.
  7. Put the whipped cream on top. You can use a piping bag if you want to decorate.
  8. Decorate with banana slices and sprinkled cinnamon.
