- unsalted butter200 g
- Creamy Dulce de Leche400 g
- Bananas dwarf4 unit(s)
- Fresh cream300 g
- Refined sugar2 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder for sprinkling to taste
- Grind the cornstarch in a food processor and add it to the melted butter. Place in a shape of 20 cm in diameter, pressing well on the bottom and sides. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- With the base already cold, start the assembly by placing the dulce de leche first, then the bananas cut horizontally and finish with fresh cream whipped with sugar.
- Place in the fridge for about 4 hours. Unmold and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
