  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk3 can(s)
  • Ripe banana6 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Basis: Crush the biscuit and mix with the margarine. Forre the farofa in a form with removable background (preferably) and take it to the oven for 7 minutes for the cookie to brown. *In a pressure cooker, place the cans of condensed milk and leave for 50 minutes to become dulce de leche. Then, put it in the fridge and let it cool. Whip the whipped cream and keep it in the fridge. Cut the bananas into strips.
  2. Mounting: Place the dulce de leche on top of the cookie, place the sliced bananas, drip a few drops of lemon over the banana and cover with the whipped cream. Before taking it to the fridge, put cinnamon powder on top 😉 **Your Bannoff Pie is ready! Now just enjoy.
