  • Cinnamon Powder to taste
  1. Cook the condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes (count the time after it starts to sizzle). Preferably do this the day before and let it freeze well.
  2. Crush the cookies in the processor or blender. Add the melted butter and stir until it forms a ball.
  3. Spread this mass in a large shape with a removable background. Keep adjusting with your hands. Take to medium oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool well.
  5. Place the condensed milk very cold and on top the bananas cut into slices.
  6. Whip the whipped cream according to package directions. Cover the pie using a pastry bag or just spreading with a spoon.
  7. Finish sprinkled with cinnamon powder to taste Serve very cold This pie is great when made 1-2 days in advance.
