  • Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
  • Cornstarch Biscuit (or similar) package1 unit(s)
  • Dulce de leche1 can(s)
  • Whipped cream (box)1 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Set aside the ingredients near the stove.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and add the cinnamon stick and star anise.
  3. Banana jam: in a pan, place the sugar and melt it. When it melts (once it's a little darker), put the banana, star anise and cinnamon stick. Stir until firm and release from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Remove the jam from the pan so it can cool faster.
  5. Crush the cookies, place them on a platter.
  6. Crushed biscuit -> dulce de leche -> banana jam -> whipped cream
  7. NOTE: you can make more layers, or change the order. NOTE: when finishing with whipped cream, play with creativity, you can put cinnamon powder on top, chocolate shavings, etc.
